The comic: Politico! is a topical, satirical web comic about the continual power struggle that is American politics. It uses images from free sources and mixes them in to evoke a classic comic feel while retaining a bit of modern humor and edge. Politico! intially was released every Monday and Friday, but is now only done at the author’s whim, which is a bit more interesting for all involved, frankly.

The author: Dan McCollum is a 25-year old student and writer in his senior year at the University of California - Santa Barbara. When not living the lavish lifestyle of a writer, he is questioning his commitment to writing about himself in third person and cursing existence in general. He is working on a variety of projects with various studios in Philadelphia, Los Angeles and Austin in areas of creative writing and world/game design.
